Large, clear span open web trusses cantilever over 10 ft clear over the support edges of the base 30’ x 30’ footprint-  in two directions. Like Fallingwater, this double cantilevered balcony structural design provides for many different open user choices.

With microlam structurally engineered box trusses to add additional support from the base cantilever to the inter- connected porch roof and SiPs panel walls, each vertical, exterior column implements rails for Phantom roll-up insect screens, attachment points for winterizing the entire porch with insulated window panels, and it offers the attachment of the required entry stairways from any side, from any direction at any exterior location.
